Go to the pgphp Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your account. pgphp will send a password reset link to your email or a one-time PIN to your mobile number. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered email or number, contact [email protected] directly for manual account recovery.

No. pgphp strictly allows one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts violate the Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the issue.

To permanently close your pgphp account, send a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and registered mobile number. pgphp will process all pending withdrawals to your verified payment method before closing the account. Permanent closure is irreversible — the account cannot be reopened once confirmed. Consider a self-exclusion period first if you just need a temporary break.

GCash withdrawals on pgphp are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during regular business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours. Your GCash account must be registered under the same name as your verified pgphp account — withdrawals to mismatched accounts will be declined for security reasons.

pgphp does not charge any platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction or transfer fees — for example, some banks charge an interbank transfer fee for InstaPay and PESONet transactions. pgphp recommends using GCash or PayMaya for fee-free withdrawals in most cases. Always check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pgphp is ₱200 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals regardless of balance.

No. pgphp enforces strict name-matching between your verified account and your withdrawal destination. You cannot withdraw to a GCash, PayMaya, or bank account registered under a different name.
