01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the pgphp online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotions, payment systems, and customer support channels. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of pgphp without exception.

By accessing or using any part of the pgphp platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of pgphp following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pgphp. If any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pgphp platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines. pgphp strictly enforces this requirement and will request valid government-issued identification from all players during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately terminated, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority. There are no exceptions to the 21+ rule — not for temporary access, not for demo play of real-money games, and not under any promotional context.

Geographic Eligibility

pgphp is operated for and directed at players physically located within the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you later relocate to a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you are responsible for discontinuing your use of pgphp.

Registration Requirements

To register a pgphp account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. pgphp reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of your registration details.

Only one account is permitted per individual player, per household address, and per device. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated with balances forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration and KYC verification, pgphp will provide you with a unique account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested.

Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgphp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pgphp support immediately at [email protected].

pgphp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have shared them with another person.

Account Verification (KYC)

pgphp conducts identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) before withdrawals are processed. pgphp may request additional documentation at any time.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

pgphp accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). pgphp does not currently accept foreign currency deposits.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on pgphp is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though pgphp reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically reflected in your e-wallet within minutes of processing. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within the hour; PESONet transfers are credited on the next business day.

pgphp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. During these checks, the processing timeline may be extended, and additional documentation may be required.

Payment Method Consistency

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. pgphp may refuse withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account unless prior approval has been obtained from the compliance team.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pgphp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your pgphp account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

pgphp takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or loopholes to generate bonus credits, using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to fulfill bonus conditions artificially.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

Promotional Changes

pgphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith will be honored subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.

06 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on the pgphp platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.

Random Number Generation

All slot and table game outcomes on pgphp are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and standard casino procedures conducted in real time by professional dealers. pgphp does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pgphp include PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football (soccer), volleyball, and sabong, among others. All sports bets are subject to the specific market rules published for each event. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, pgphp's decision — based on the official result from the recognized governing body — shall be final.

Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, provider, and player account status. pgphp reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game or market at any time. VIP players may be eligible for higher table limits upon request and subject to approval.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all wagers and payouts related to the malfunction are void. pgphp is not liable for losses arising from software errors, server outages, disconnections, or any other technical failures outside of its reasonable control.

07 Responsible Gaming

pgphp is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. pgphp encourages all players to gamble within their personal financial means and to take full advantage of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pgphp account. Limits apply immediately and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous gameplay to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period to prevent unplanned overspending.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the pgphp platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your net gaming position to help you make informed decisions about continued play.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pgphp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one pgphp account
• Using the platform while self-excluded or during an active account restriction period
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in casino or sports betting markets
• Using pgphp for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Accessing pgphp via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pgphp staff or other players through any communication channel

pgphp employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pgphp platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, interface design, promotional materials, text, and images — is the intellectual property of pgphp or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pgphp platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pgphp content without explicit written permission from pgphp.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

pgphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pgphp account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgphp does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While pgphp takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access given the nature of internet-based services.

11 Privacy & Data

pgphp collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pgphp, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance.

pgphp will never sell your personal data to third parties. Information shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies is shared solely to the extent necessary to provide the pgphp service or comply with legal obligations. 12 Termination

pgphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), pgphp may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of deposits.

You may close your pgphp account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements being fulfilled.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pgphp's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pgphp's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit your complaint to [email protected] in writing. pgphp will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may then escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels in the Philippines.

14 Amendments

pgphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notice posted prominently on the pgphp platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect.

Your continued use of pgphp following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
