• KYC & Identity Verification Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under Philippine AML regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with AMLC and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the most recent interaction unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.

11 Your Rights Under Philippine Law

pgphp will respond to all rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, and you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.

12 Minors & Age Policy

pgphp is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online gambling in the Philippines, pgphp enforces a mandatory 21+ age policy without exception. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

During registration, all players are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years old. This declaration is followed up with mandatory KYC identity verification using government-issued Philippine identification documents. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with the account will be securely deleted (except where retention is required by law), and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

This may include requiring the receiving party to enter into a data transfer agreement incorporating standard contractual clauses, confirming that the destination country has an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the NPC, or relying on other lawful transfer mechanisms.

pgphp will never transfer your personal data to a third country that does not provide an adequate level of protection for personal information without first putting in place appropriate safeguards.

14 Changes to This Policy

pgphp reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated whenever a material change is made.

For material changes that significantly affect how we use your personal data, pgphp will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice posted on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing practices or formatting corrections — may be made without prior notice.
